How it started
I’m Anca, founder of VITA.RITUAL Zürich. Fourteen years optimising supply chains taught me one thing above everything else — good systems outperform good intentions every single time.VITA.RITUAL Zürich applies that same thinking to the one system most of us completely neglect.After years of working in corporate while studying nutrition, wellness and healthier living in my free time, I became a certified nutritionist and created VITA.RITUAL Zürich to help busy people bring more energy, nourishment and calm into everyday life through real food, simple rituals and gentle routines that actually fit real life.

Matcha is a source of both caffeine and L-theanine, the amino acid that takes the edge off stimulation without taking away the focus. The result is a slower, cleaner energy curve. Alert without anxious. 🧠 VITA.BRAIN for your afternoon
VITA.BRAIN is built around raw cacao and walnuts — kept whole. Most people peel walnut skin off because of its slightly bitter taste. We keep it on deliberately. The skin contains up to 90% of the walnut's total phenols — its most nutrient-dense part. It is rich in polyphenols, vitamin E and melatonin, which combat free radicals, reduce inflammation and support gut health. Removing the skin means losing most of what makes the walnut worth eating.Add omega-3 rich ingredients for cognitive function and you have a real food intervention for a real energy dip.
